The mod converts mph values to kmh values and updates the 3rd person and interior speedometer labels to kmh. In addition to that you have the option to also have realistic values.

Uploaded another version of the mod that shows more realistic speed values
Realistic values version simply takes the raw value of speed in m/s and multiplies it * 3.6 to get kmh.
I'll be making another mod that increases speed of vehicles to use in combination with realistic values. Those 2 combined should give a much better sense of speed ingame.
