In the original, some heroes can move, using skills, noticeably further than their basic movement ability allows (which is strange).
Individual characters have complex relationships with displacements.
Leper is useless in 3-4 positions and refuses to go backwards (which is a little logical).
But it is very difficult for the Plague Doctor to leave the 1 position, one step at a time.
Tombrider for some reason cannot leave for 3 cells, as when activating stealth or pirouette.
And stuff like that...

I decided to fix this mess.
Fortunately, the loss of a character's turn to offset fully compensates for the benefit gained from quickly moving to another position :)
