1. Description

This mod is a revamp of the Megaton Player House.
Though I love some of the hideout mods that are around I wasnt keen on the way they supply everything for you. Leaving you nothing to work towards.
I also felt that the Megaton home was a bit small and extremely lacking in storage.
I made this mod to address both these points.

This mod adds considerably more storage.
The existing storage has been moved, but is all still there, so you shouldn't lose anything you have in them.
It also adds a bigger living area, a bigger bedroom so you dont need to kick your companions out of bed before a nap, and a basement with some mannequins and a recycle/production system.

You still need to purchase the workbench, infirmary, nuka cola machine and lab, gotta have something to spend your caps on. You can also still purchase all the house themes.

To enter the basement you'll need to find a key. There's a note on the main floor that hints to where to find it. Also, to turn on the computer system you'll need a lockpick skill of 75, just so you dont get it all right at the start and keep a sort of balance.

The computer system, once activated, includes the following :

A stockpile system which sorts ammo, food, meds, tools ( as long as you keep the receipt for the workbench ) and junk

An Autoloader, which detects your weapons and loads a number of clips 1,2,5 or 10 of the correct ammo to your inventory, assuming you have enough in your ammo box.

A recycle system that scraps basic armor, weapons and junk and gives you Recycle Tokens in return. For low value clutter junk its an even trade. For weapons and armor with a base value of 50 or less you get 50% value. For armor and weapons above 50caps base value the tokens you get are weighted by your repair skill. At 100 repair you get 100% of the base value, regardless of condition.

A production system, where as long as you have enough recycle tokens, you can produce a variety of weapons and armour. The cost of production is 20% higher than base value.

I chose this as I found that later in the game it was a pain to run around the vendors trying to sell your loot, and you generally never needed to buy anything from them at that point. This system swallows up all your junk and supplies you with basic weapons to use to repair all the nice ones you've collected.

I've also added some of my favourite weapons to the mod: MP5's, SVD Dragunov's, P90C's and MG3's
Thanks to all the authors of these great weapons.

2. Known Issues

This works best with a new game. I've changed the position of the fridge, and for some reason I havent figured out, on older saves I've used to test it the fridge has a tendency to move back to its original position, clipping with a second fridge I've added.
The mannequins also have a tendency to wander around the house. I guess there may be a problem with my scripts somewhere. Hitting the gender change button next to each mannequin plinth will return them to their proper place.
If any other issues appear please let me know.

3. Installation

Unzip the folder and copy the contents to your Fallout3/Data folder. Activate the esp using FOMM or the vastly inferior ingame plugin activator.

To Uninstall, deactivate the esp and delete it from your Fallout3/Data folder, If you want to delete the texture, mesh and sound files you can, but be careful to only delete the ones that are in the zip. If you're not sure, just leave them, they wont do any harm sitting there.

15/02/2010 Found error for Terminal Holo-ID pipboy images. Fixed.

I should point out this is my first ever mod and i'd never even seen a script before writing these. It's been quite a learning curve in the last month or so I've been doing this and its quite possible that I've made a few mistakes somewhere along the line. Constructive criticism I dont mind, bitching comments will be ignored. I made this mod for my own enjoyment of the game, if its not to your taste then dont download it. Feel free to add, change, borrow it as you like but please give credit where it's due.
