I want to thank everyone for the warm welcome and all the endorsements I got so far. I'm quite busy right now and I can't really put more updates into it, but if ENB author continues to update enb for fallouts, I will work more on it.

INTRODUCTION
==============

This is simply an ENB aiming for realistic image. Nothing more, nothing less. Contains a custom weather ESP file and cloud textures to make sure there are no bugs.

DLCs are not officially supported as I didn't work on them much (yet) but they will work. DC/Surburban area is partial cloudy, North is overcast and Wasteland East/West is sunny.

It is heavily edited to my taste and may not please everyone. I got a few requests to upload this ENB config so there we are. Hope you enjoy. I won't provide support much as I don't have much time for modding and I hope you understand.

INSTALLATION
============

ENB version 0.237
1) Extract files to the main folder
2) Activate AdjustedWeather_Main.esp and/or AdjustedWeather_PointLookout.esp with Mod Manager
3) Get yourself the ENB wrapper version d3d9.dll from enb site. http://www.enbdev.com/download_mod_falloutnv.htm
4) Extract d3d9.dll to main folder
4) Enjoy

I'm using a ugridtoload=7 for higher drawing distance and some other visual tweaks.

INSTALLATION TIPS

- WEAPON TRANSPARENCY BUG : Use this fix http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/18716/
- Disable in-game AA and AF.
- Disable Water Displacement.
- Avoid overlays and FRAPS.
- Enable HDR.

CONFIG TWEAKS (SWEETFX, ENB)
=============================

- You can tweak everything you want. If you find it too bright, change the settings in SweetFX.
-Shift-Enter will bring up ENB configs you can change at your will.
- Any prepass files work so use the DOF that suits you.
