Since the armored 101 jumpsuit is the "poster" outfit for the game, I decided to make it slightly better just so theres more of a reason to use it.
I increased the durability of it, from 100 to 250 hp, upped the armor value from 12 to 16, and made it so you can repair it using other vault suits.
to install put it in your fallout3/data folder
