This mod change weather everywhere to clear sunny with beautiful tint, and removes ugly eye adapt effect. Nobody likes the default weather tint.
The archive contains versions including maingame and all DLС in one, and separately for the main game and for each DLС. Use as you like.
Differences from other alternative MDOs
Overcasts in all locations has been completely eliminated.
Removed awful eye adapt effect that whitens the sky when moving camera.
Nights everywhere have same brightness, darker than default, but have normal visibility.
Days are longer, nights are shorter.

4.0 - Fixed visible dark moon circle, when the moon disappears at night.
I don't know this is a bug or not, but sometimes at night the moon is not visible in the sky.
3.0 - Fixed weather in Bailey's Crossroads world.
- Reduced visible distance in Point Lookout to keep original atmosphere and hide unwanted visible walls on the horizon.
2.0 - Fixed saturation in Point Lookout and Broken Steel.
- Fixed strange square in water in Point Lookout.
