I represent you my the second Retexture. My first here

(This mod also goes very well with CptJoker71's Enhanced Night Sky)
INSTALL:
______________________________
1) Unzip the textures folder from the archive into your Fallout 3\Data folder.
2) Place the following lines in your ArchiveInvalidation.txt :
textures/sky/masser_full.dds
textures/sky/skymoonfull.dds
textures/sky/skystars.dds
textures/sky/masser_half_wax.dds
textures/sky/masser_half_wan.dds
textures/sky/masser_one_wax.dds
textures/sky/masser_one_wan.dds
textures/sky/masser_three_wax.dds
textures/sky/masser_three_wan.dds
textures/sky/moonshadow.dds
2.1) If you don't already have a file called ArchiveInvalidation.txt, create it into your Fallout 3 folder (not a Data!!)
3) In your system disk (C:/) pass in "My Games\Fallout3" find file called "fallout3.ini". Open this file in notepad and go down near the bottom to the section called "Archive". Look for a parameter called "bInvalidateOlderFiles=0" and change the 0 to a 1 and save the file.
UNINSTALLATION:

delete files from your Data folder:
textures/sky/masser_full.dds
textures/sky/skymoonfull.dds
textures/sky/skystars.dds
textures/sky/masser_half_wax.dds
textures/sky/masser_half_wan.dds
textures/sky/masser_one_wax.dds
textures/sky/masser_one_wan.dds
textures/sky/masser_three_wax.dds
textures/sky/masser_three_wan.dds
textures/sky/moonshadow.dds
and same lines from the ArchiveInvalidation.txt
