This overhauls many of (and, hopefully, eventually all) the various creatures and NPCs found throughout the Capitol
Wasteland to be more realistic. It does this in several key ways:
1) NPC HP Base set to 100, Creature HP Base is variable (25 to 100)
2) Attribute total increased/decreased to 40 (Creature 35)
3) Skill Point Base and Skill Points per Level based on Attributes
4) Added a Perk for every level above 1st to non-machines (that the NPC met the requirements for)
5) Creatures were given an armor effect similar to their hide/armor
This has an end effect of populating the Wasteland with entities built just like a player-character might be, thereby
making any unexpected encounter a dangerous one. Needless to say, I do not suggest using this with either of
MMM's Increased Spawns plugins or on a difficulty other than Normal.
In addition to overhauling creatures and NPCs, this Mod also performs some basic Mod Merger functions such as;
updating the Gladiator, Natural Sniper, Born Survivor, and Chinese Commando FormID lists to include the weapons
added by FOOK and FWE, adding MMM scripts to FOOK-added Templates, and including merged versions of a
couple of conflicting Creature/NPC Level lists.
Do not mistake this for a full merger though. As it is not.
