Reimplements the Feral Ghoul Meat food item that is present in the game files but not obtainable in the game.

This mod does not technically add any new items, but merely enables the cut "Ghoul Meat" item that is present in the game files as a loot drop to all feral ghouls. It does not replace overwrite any other loot drops, and will appear like meat from any other creature.
