Adds a new automatron module that adds both hacking *and* lockpicking

Super simple, slightly cheaty. I didn't like that your robot companions could only have modules that allow either hacking or lockpicking, so I made a module that does both. Takes the same amount of resources to build as if you were to build both a hacking module and a lockpicking module. Note that commanding a robot to lockpick something will only show up with "Inspect [whatever]," but they will indeed pick the lock.
Requires the Automatron DLC, obviously.
I've also included a more "balanced" version in the files list that requires Science! 3, 4 aluminum, 2 ceramic, 10 circuitry, 5 fiber optics, 14 adhesive, 4 gold, 6 rubber, and 2 makeshift batteries. Download it instead of the main file if you prefer this version.
