Originally, a reward for "Human Error" was the Wired Reflexes perk from Fallout, this cut content has been restored.

I was looking through the game files for my previous mod Covenant Peaceful Solution and I found some cut content. Perhaps originally this perk could be some solace for completing the worst quest in the game. Now, look for a note balanced on top of a bottlecap mine in Dr. Chambers laboratory to give you the Wired Reflexes perk for a permanent +25 Action Points boost.
