This horrible kludge will kinda fix the glitch where you can't name your Automatron.

If you have had the bizarre glitch where after you access Kellogg's terminal, you can't name your automatrons to anything except automatron,this might be for you! What is enclosed is a .bat file that will automatically complete all of the main quests, up to the beginning of Hunter/Hunted. This is the only way that I know of, short of the Creation Kit, that we're maaaaybe going to be able to fix this.
Again, this skips the entire storyline and starts hunter/hunted. Use this any time after you've started Reunions (preferably right after you kill Kellogg) to "fix"that bothersome glitch.
Barely tested, but does what it's supposed to do.
Bizarre side effects may occur. Not for Synth consumption.
