Restores some cut perk magazines and places them in the world.

Adds a total of 10 perk magazines to various location for those of that collect these and want a complete set of magazines. They don't yet integrate with the perksquest but I'm working on it.
You have three options to find them
1. Find them entirely on your own
2. View the topic under the forum thread tab for hints and spoilers on their location
3. Open the .esp yourself with either the GECK of Fo4edit and view the locations yourself.
Soon I will be adding complete functionality but as is, these are a nice addition to your collection on your magazine rack.
