I have always thought the Mass Fusion Containment Shed would be a great place too build a settlement so I made a mod that does just that, Enjoy!

Description

Version 2.0 of this mod will be the final version of this mod, I finally re worked the whole mod after a long wait. The mod was rebuilt from scratch because the other versions were a mess. The Mass Fusion Containment shed has now been cleaned out and is a fully functional settlement. I tested this mod using a vanilla copy of fallout updated too the latest version and everything worked like a vanilla settlement. I dont know if it is incompatible with other mods or if settlements built on previous versions of this mod will work. The only things I could not get working was making the map marker display data on the map and the fast travel matt but im currently looking into how too fix this and if anyone know how if they could pm me how its done it would be much appreciated!

Features

  • No preculling issues (this means there will be no flickering objects!)
  • Reworked Nav Mesh
  • Large Build area and height
  • Fixed floors and roof so now they can actually be built upon
  • Shows up in workshop data
  • Settlers will appear if you set up a radio beacon

  • No cell reset or sprinting bug

Player Home

Now you can get the alternative player home file and use the sub reactor as a mini player home! Only use one of the main files not both. The player home features a working Nuka cola vending machine that allows you too buy as much cola as you would like! There is also power armor storage and plenty of non respawning containers for all your needs. A single bed is included as well as two couches, a radio and a personal terminal.
