<br />Adds a new Merchant to Goodneighbor
selling items Geared for a Stealthy Character Including Silencers and even his own special Stealth boys as well as other stuff including a dark matter blaster.
Quests
He also comes with quests. There are two repeatable quests as well as three small quest that make a small main quest line the quest are
Repeatable.
Shady Delivery's: Drop off packages all around the wastes to The Salesman Customers
Encrypted Data Finder: Find Encrypted Holodisks Hidden all thru the wastes in loot and even on some terminals and return them for a reward
Small Quest Line
There is a small quest line were you gather item needed to break into a bank
What Time is it: Help out a mad scientist and his time travel experiments
Convoy Attack: Hit a Gunners supply convoy
The heist: Use your supply gathered to break into a bank vault
Upcomming Features:
Voice acting will be the first update and will come soon
after that I will work on the main quest line try to expanded it out a bit add new quest and features to it and fix some bugs
Also activate the radio in his shop for a really corny song :)
