Adds a home high tech themed home to the Dartmouth Professional Building

Brief Description:
This mod adds a home the Dartmouth Professional Building with a post-apocalyptic high tech theme. The house is four stories with all crafting benches from the base game. There are plenty of containers for storage and a terminal for anyone who would want to use one for whatever reason. There is also a lovely porch with a hell of a view of the Commonwealth.
Requirements:
- Fallout 4 (preferably up to date)
Installation:
Drop that dank .esp file in your Fallout 4 Data folder and enable it,
or activate with a mod manager
House Layout:
1st Floor:
The Bar/Party Area - This section has a bar and a party area for you to knock back some cold ones m8. This section also gives access to the patio.
Kitchen - Has a fridge and cabinet for food storage, a table for munchin, and a cooking stove for cooking.
2nd Floor (entry level):
Lounge Area/Foyer - Place for relaxing. Lost of chars. Also has a power armor workstation.
3rd Floor:
Bedroom - Lots of containers, a bobble head stand and a bed (with room for activities).
4th Floor:
Laboratory - Has a chemistry work bench. No quantum harmonizers in any photonic resonation chambers please.
Workshop - Has an armor and weapons workbench.
Bathroom - Dunny with a view. No face customization in the mirror unfortunately, that's a bit beyond me.
Office - Storage and the terminal (Offensive language warning by the way).
Patio:
Accessed via door on the first floor. No you can't jump off and kill yourself.
Getting there:
Travel to the Dartmouth Professional Building. Go Inside. Find Another Door. Go Inside That. Profit.
Additional Info:
-This is my first mod and thus, isn't perfect. Please give me feedback so that I can improve things in the future.
-I don't give permission to upload this to Bethesda.net. If I want it done I will do it myself.
-I would like to thank Elianora for her mod Rockin' Red Rocket which I basically pulled apart to figure out how to do a bunch of things. I didn't use any of her assets though, just had a geeze to figure out how it was done. But go download that mod and endorse it because it is amazing.
-I don't want donations, don't give me any.
-There is an interior day and night cycle. This means that the lighting will be different depending on the time of day.
