I used to be a Merc Adventurer like you, then Bethesda didn't include this in Fallout 4.

This mod is not part of the TDLFAP as of yet, I plan to add full leveled list integration for most of my armors, it will be added to the TDLFAP in the next update
The Armor can be found on members of the Gunners.
It can also be crafted in the chem station under utility
It comes in female and male versions
