This replacer changes the ugly desktop fan that looks like it was made for a 2005 game, not AAA 2015 title.
It replaces all of the desktop fans, including the clean pre-war ones.
Also, the fan blades are animated so they do rotate.
INSTALLATION
Just download it with NMM and activate the esp.
