Please redownload, delete the old vaultbuddie.esp, the extract the new rar and finally tick the new esp Doll.esp. 
vault buddys speech is working.
Vault buddy works in combat.
Fixed npc dialogue.
Removed music before you leaving the house.
Will keep an eye out for more bugs and update again soon.

DESCRIPTION

The Vault Buddy is more than just a toy, he's your new best friend!
Vault buddy follows, talks, trades, waits and talks just like a real person!
This unique guy was made before the great war so i can only think of one place left you can
find him, the abandoned house in Charlestown which is near Bunker Hill. 
If you can't see him in the living room try looking for clues, Vault buddy loves games and is probably playing hide and seek with you :) Do not use console commands for my mod as 'placeatme' will break the mod :o
Also did i say hes your new best friend?! :D 
If you don't need a new best friend he will accept being just a friend, he really wants you to be his
friend and he won't get in the way of your other friends.
Be warned he likes to finish his animations before follower dialogue will apear. 

Now an awsome video by darkwolfgaming but be warned spookiness will be less effective without the element of surprise.
