Hello Nexus people!
This is my first FO4 mod ever and I wanted to share it with all of you.
Start off by going to the big tree in Sanctuary. You'll see a hatch like this:

There you go! The rest is up to you.
[Here are the key features:]
-------------
* A (small) new area with a nice quest reward
* Takes around 30mins or so (depending on how fast you solve the 'clues', how long fights take, etc)
* No DLC needed!
[Here's a few tips:]
+ you may want to be a high level before searching
+ might be good to have high INT
+ have the map filled out or some way to find locations easily (you'll be traveling all over)
Oh please let me know if the clues are too hard/too easy or the items are
too hard to find/too easy. I tried to make this fun and not too hard but
I know there's still room for me to do better.
