All right folks, here we have another location for full settlement usage. I've given it my typical work over, most things made scrappable without mods, statics made to let you build on them, etc. Provisioners, sending settlers, map marker, pip boy workshop list, all works as expected.
Nav mesh has been tightened up some for better settler experience.
