A small, noir styled, wastelandlish player house located in Cambridge.

This mod adds a small, noir styled yet very wastelandish apartment for your own use in Cambridge. Inside, you will find all of the workstations (except for the armor workbench) and the PA station, which is located just outside the entrance door to the apartment.
There's also a sink with clean water and a terminal for holotapes and a decent amount of containers to store your things in.
The house has a map marker, you don't need to discover it, just travel to it.
Requires Nuka World and Far Harbor DLC.
