I've redone the Navmesh inside/on the stairs (finally NPCs can get to the upper floors!) and the horrendous cliff navmesh (no more settlers in the sea!) surrounding the Manor.

Super straightforward mod, ideally you install this before you start building your settlement in Croup Manor.
