Insane overhaul of a vanilla settlement

  OMG!!!!  ....is  what im hoping  you  say  when  you see  what  i  did
   to this poor  excuse for a "settlement ".

Did i go overboard ?? HELL YES !!!  i  did  :P

The location of "Coastal Cottage "  is now  a Resort/settlement  and  much much more.

As  a bonus  you  have  TWO settlements  with  this  mod  since  i  made  one  more  next  to  the  ocean where
the  MONORAIL  goes. Yes  a monorail....
Well  maybe  not  a  city  type monorail  but  more  of  a rusty old  mining rig  of  sorts.  (but  who  cares  since  its  cool a.f. )
The second settlement  has  a complete  workshop  and  a  nice  build area  to  make  anything  you  feel like
(careful  of  one  of  the  "locals"  though  cause  he  dont  like visitors  ;)  ) .

In  our  main Settlement we  have  various  buildings like  a..
1) gun shop  with  its  own vendor counter (assignable)
2)clothing store with assignable register  (stocked  up  too )
3) Bar with  assignable register
4) clinic  with  its  own  doctor inside that  has  her  own vendor container. ( shes  voiceless but  works  fine ).
5)The  Hotel   with  several  rooms for  bedding ,your  private office and  2 floors  of  basement that  i  leave  for  you  to explore
 ( *insert evil grin* )

6) a  FARM  and house    that  once served  as the caretakers  residence while  the facility was being built
and is ready  for  some farmers with  crops  etc.

7) YOUR  house that  is  situated next  to  the  monorail  and has a view of  the  ocean  while overlooking  the  road below.
In here  you  will  also  find  various  workbenches and  some  gifts .

Technical stuff

1) The settlement starts with ready  resources like food,water and power .
The power  only  needs  to  be  connected  from  the Conduit on  the generator (right hand side)   to  the  conduits  leading  to  the  roof
(there  are  2 maintenance rooms on  the  floors  above  to  help  you  connect ) .
Personally  i  suggest getting  power  to  the  roof  then  install  and  use  a mod  called  "power everywhere "  

that  is a special pylon and when connected  to  a power source  emits power  all  over  a  large area

2) the workbench  will  be  floating   in front of  a store but  as  this  is  a vanilla  location its  unavoidable  so  use the  console  to  move  it  or
use one  of  the  workbench moving mods .Workbench mover mod

Edit:  i forgot to mention that  the main settlement  also has a NPC Spawner  so  you  can  quickly  populate  the
location.  Its located  on  the  right  hand  side  of  the Clothing store.

There are  several  Guard mats in obvious positions (little black mat )  ,2  registers  that serve as  job markers ,a  receptionist mat  and  a  gun shop counter.
All  of  these  are  workshop assets  and  can  be  assigned  to.

Note: IF  any register ,job mat or  counter doesnt work   simply  scrap  and  replace  with  your  own.
The reason  i  say  this  is  that  compatibility  with  mods  that  add  items  like  this  might  cause issues.

WARNING !!!!!

SAVE FAR  AWAY FROM  THIS LOCATION  BEFORE INSTALLING .( i suggest sanctuary  etc.)
If  you dont several  automations  may  not  work  so  dont  start  posting  bug  reports  if  you  screw  it  up.
