About this mod
This mod adds a large new settlement called Barge Town, south of Spectacle Island. This new area is mostly empty, but has a workshop so you can fill it up with whatever you want.

This mod is now a fully functioning settlement.
There are three boats in Barge Town, each one will take you to a different shoreline on the Commonwealth.
This settlement does not need to be discovered, you can fast travel as soon as the mod is loaded.
