About this mod
Rains over half the time, and it's overcast, foggy, or misty most of the rest. In my defense, it was requested.

It tweaks the weather weights, so it rains a LOT more, and it's more likely to be overcast, misty or foggy the rest of the time. It doesn't change weather for specific locations (such as the perpetual radstorm in the Glowing Sea), only the global Commonwealth weather pattern. It should be compatible with mods that change sky textures or change the individual weather patterns (e.g., heavier rain) as long as this one loads last.
Not a mod I'll personally use, but apparently some people love rain, and it was requested. I don't understand them, but, WTH, it wasn't hard to do either.
