Just a quick mod that makes the weather always clear blue skies. I made it for extended periods of settlement construction so i wouldn't have to keep opening the console and using FW.
The mod changes Climate > DefaultClimate, so it's fully compatible with other mods that change settings under Weather (like the FogOut mod)
