I asume everyone who is using tattoos is using Unique Player as well. This is also required as well as CBBE for female

Caliente's Beautiful Bodies Enhancer -CBBE- by Caliente and Ousnius
Unique Player by d_rail
Install:
Use NMM or extract the file to your game folder
Uninstall:
For female use NMM or remove data/textures/actors/character/PlayerHumanFemale/FemaleBody_d.dds file
For male use NMM or remove data/textures/actors/character/PlayerHumanMale/BaseMaleBody_d.DDS file
