I made this to make jamaica plains into a town settlement

This expands jamaica plains into a full town. i made it just big enough to get full use of the town but not too big to be a pain by having hyde park in it since thats where raiders spawn.

Required for cell reset

Guards should go to their assigned posts and shopkeeps to their stores around the settlement since i did the edits i learned in my last settlement expansion and applied to this first version.
