(major update) - Requires main all in one mod - Novgorod replaced with Holders of the Rings, a Lord of the Rings themed faction with Sauron the Dark Lord as the king. He is a god in this! Be prepared for a very tough fight with this faction!
(another minor update at 2/28/2014 1.1.2)...buffed up Darth Vader (leader of Galactic Empire) as he was a tad weak for my preferences. He is supposed to be a super hard challenge, not a wimp that dies before reaching the castle walls. A end boss to add big challenge to the game (1257 and warband are too easy for me, so I wanted to add challenge. The Galactic Empire, while starting at war...SHOULD be very hard to defeat. But, Dutchy of Normandy, Kingdom of Cicilia and Roman Empire are no push overs either.)
I also lowered Genghis Khan agility, as he was a bit fast for who he was in my opinion.)
(minor update to Galactic Empire in All In One Changes (1.1.1)...made Galactic Empire at war with all other factions. If you don't want this, use the old version 1.1)
Added all in one changes (newly updated as well), with a far more fantasy approach with adding the Galactic Empire to 1257...Darth Vader and some others replace what used to be Navarrae. :) Be sure to include the en folder if using the english submod to see the full changes.
Other changes include the previous change to Crusader States replacer and the Papal States replacer.
Major balancing to horses (many with realistic charge...not hit a little peasant and keel over and die.)...now many horses can plow through troops and not stop cause you hit a peasant! Like in lord of the rings movies! Far more fun, realistic or not. Not all horses get the proper changes, so some are far more powerful than others. This is only 99% done.
Balanced javelins...still strong, but a lot slower and not godlike overpowered. If they hit you, you die...but a lot slower to throw innd fly through the air. Also made it be able to carry more javelins (30 is the base), so you don't run out after a few throws.
Balanced crossbows...not useless anymore as a piece of trash. About as useful as bows. Vastly better in defense than bows, bows having a bit better use in the open and crossbows not good in offense sieges. This is far better and makes both bows and crossbows useful. Bolts you can hold a lot more of.
And that is it for the changes. Some other slight changes and additions, and not everything is finished. But the mod is pretty much 99% done. Just some balances to do, and any other major faction changes I decide later (if any, it will be with Novgorodo

Guide/Tips
And here is a brief "guide" of each of the new factions (well Roman Empire was already in the game, but they got a lot of changes)
Kingdom of Cilicia - Overall strongest lords of the new factions, mixed with very strong units and very weak ones (compared to the "new" units)
Roman Empire - Weakest lords of the new factions, but by far the strongest units (though lack variety)
Dutchy of Normandy - By far the strongest king of the new factions, above average and average lords, strong units mixed with above average and weak ones, most enemies (if using the update I put up)
(New) Galactic Empire - Fewest lords, but godlike king and amazing lords. Very challenging to fight and very fun to play as. Future change will make every faction hate you. This is supposed to be the boss faction.
(New) Holders of the Rings - LOTR themed faction. Sauron is a god! Be prepared for the toughest fight in mount and blade (you won't beat him one on one)! With strong lords (as powerful as the new lords I changed), and hobbits (not meant to fight!) and all the famous LOTR characters!
(NEW) Peteopia - Family Guy themed faction. All the characters of family guy!
(NEW) Shadows of the Stars - Starcraft themed faction! Why so powerful???
And...as far as troops go
Kingdom of Cilicia have a good mix of troop types and the greatest variance, with more cavalry focus. They range from very strong to very weak. The archers are the same as the Roman Empire ones.
Roman Empire have almost all infantry (strongest infantry of the three) and very powerful archers, which are the same that Cilicia uses
Dutchy of Normandy have a mix of troop types, but mostly cavalry/infantry. Very strong cavalry (strongest cavalry of the three), above average infantry and very weak archers.
(New) Galactic Empire has the best looking troops, strongest troops and most variety of troop types. Lack cavalry however.
(New) Holders of the Rings has the same troops as GE for the most part, but more cavalry and a bit more variety
(NEW) Peteopia - A lot of bandits...and farmers...a bit of gaelic units...but mostly bandits.
(NEW) Shadows of the Stars - Lots of Andalus troops with others mixed in.
Of the three, Normandy is by far the hardest (harder than the Welsh, but by far stronger troops than them) to play as at the start, due to all the wars they are in.
