This is something a friend of mine requested so I decided to make it for him. It adds a ring to the Census and Excise Office in Seyda Neen that will allow you to travel to any of the 7 Ash Vampire locations. This will save a lot of time with travel and should be used along side the Great House Dagoth mod, but is not necessary.
