I've made a simple script that restores player health and magicka(assuming you don't have stunted magicka), to reduce the use of resting between combats. Combat regeneration is currently handled the same as noncombat regeneration, and uses willpower and endurance to calculate the rate of regeneration.
I have also made changes to running speed and fatigue use.
Fatigue lost while sneaking or swimming(walking) has been reduced to 0.
Fatigue lost while jumping, swimming(running), and running has been halved.
The running speed multiplier has also been increased to 2.6 versus the original value of 1.75(which translates into running about 50% faster).
