About this mod
Developed to buff heroes but has options to allow the player, heroes, or all NPCs (and their mounts) to gain a modifiable amount of health on kills, deal extra damage, or avoid projectile damage. Highly customizable

Like the original mod it works with ModLib. However, note that ModLib has outdated components and may result in a 'failed to initialize' error. There is an optional file for ModLib (and MCM if needed) to update them.
Health Features:
Separate health multipliers per kill for heroes, NPCs and the player (0hp to 100hp)
Option to only giving health buffs to player sided characters
Option to allow mounts to gain health when its rider gets health (0hp to 100hp)
Damage Features:
Separate damage multipliers for heroes, NPCs and the player (0x to 10x)
Option to only give damage multipliers to player sided characters
Stagger threshold multipliers for heroes, NPCs and the player (1x to 20x)
Option to only give stagger threshold multipliers to player sided characters
Option to exempt Heores (including player) to be exempt from additional damage from damage multipliers
Anti-Projectile Features:
Options to stop projectiles from 'sticking' to heroes, NPCs, and the player
Option to stop projectiles from 'sticking' to mounts whose rider does not take projectile damage
Option to stop projectiles from 'sticking' to player (no effect on damage dealt by projectiles)
Projectiles damaging multipliers for heroes, NPCs and the player (0x to 1x) (this affects the damage of projectiles onto heroes, NPCs and the player)
Option to only apply projectile multiplier and stop projectiles from 'sticking' to player sided characters
Option to exempt Heroes from this system and allows their projectiles to damage any character
Future issues:
Fixing incorrect damage indicators and notifications
Willing to take suggestions such as maybe branching this mod into multiple submods but :\ can disable everything with modlib so don't see the point right now
