About this mod
Allows casings to be melted down into brass, and that brass to be used to make new casings of other calibers. Also allows crafting of gunpowder and primers.

---------------------------------
I felt like adding the ability to convert one type of brass to another, and to make reloading more likely in earlier parts of the game. This mod allows the player to reduce spent casings to brass and then use the brass to form new casings of a different caliber. It also allows the player to make primers of any variety with brass and gunpowder. Further, it allows players to create gunpowder.
Realism was not the primary purpose of this mod, but rather simply to encourage me to reload more. I have strived to keep it fairly balanced, but this will probably provide a lot of extra ammo for your favorite weapons as you go along the game, since vanilla FONV provides a lot of ammunition; this mod would probably go well with some other mod which makes ammunition more scarce.
This mod does not touch the basic ammunitions, so it should not conflict with vanilla game whatsoever, but it may conflict (or at least look cluttered) with other reloading improvement mods. Don't hold me responsible if using this and another reloading mod makes your eyes bleed or somehow upsets your save.
Version History
---------------
1.0:
Included Brass, all breakdown *case to Brass recipes, all Brass to *case recipes, all primer recipes, and all gunpowder recipes.
Currently each caliber in any given class of ammunition requires the same amount of Brass per casing (and, conversely, produces that same amount of Brass when broken down) as every other caliber in that class. For example: Large Pistol Ammunition -- such as 10mm, .44 Magnum, and 12.7mm -- casings all require/create 12 Brass. Small Rifle Ammunition -- such as 5.56mm and 5mm -- casings all require/create 14 Brass. Future versions may make this more individual if there is signficant demand.
Currently each breakdown/creation recipe requires the same Repair skill rating; future versions may make larger calibers require higher Repair skill rating.
1.1
Included recipes to breakdown 40mm grenades, 25mmG grenades, frag mines, frag grenades, and dynamite; conversely, also included the recipes to create 40mm grenades, 25mmG grenades, frag mines, and frag grenades.
Included a recipe to make .22LR based on the vanilla recipe to break down .22LR
1.2

Included a recipe to breakdown vanilla Lead Pipes into Lead.
Bugfix.

Changed the skill requirement for creating gunpowders (to Science, was Repair); changed the skill requirement for breaking down dynamites into gunpowders (to Explosives, was Repair).
Changed the location of the gunpowder creation recipes (from Reloading Bench to Workbench, since it switched to a Science skill test and thus seemed more applicable).
Bugfix.
