Real Time Settler is a modification for Both Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas that takes Strategy to the next level, Organize and Manage your settlement as it grows to a city of architectual brilliance, Anything is possible, Be Creative and get building today!

Real Time Settler Will Need NVSE for those useful brilliant features in the mod and Archive invalidation to ensure meshes and textures are fine!.
New Vegas Script Extender (NVSE) Latest Version.
ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated
1.Extract and drop the DATA folder into your install folder
(typically \Steam\steamapps\common\fallout new vegas\)
2. Overwrite/merge files and folders when(IF{prompted
3. Enable "Brahmin Bess.esp" plugin on the "Data Files" section of
the 'Fallout: New Vegas' Launcher (or in your 3rd party launcher)
To un-install simply delete the following folder and .esp file:
1. \Data\Brahmin Bess.esp
\Data\Meshes\rots
\Data\Meshes\Skykappa
\Data\Textures\rots
\Data\Textures\Skykappa
\Data\Sound\fx\rots
