Ever felt that the Ultra Luxe penthouse :
could use a quick exit/entry ?
in need a oMissing reloading and workbench ?
was a bit lonely ?
Then you should try this!
Makes the Ultra Luxe more player friendly and adds some guests. Adds a reloading and repair bench and makes things you would use player owned. Also it makes the sink in the bathroom emit 0 radiation like the toilet beside it.
It also adds a quick entrance/exit. The exterior one you can find under one of the palm trees closest to the Ultra Luxe. The interior is in a corner behind the stairs.
P.S.
I also moved the blood stains out of the way. I am considering cleaning up the turned over lamp etc. so every thing is neat as well.
---IMPORTANT---
You should only add this after you have rid the penthouse of it's previous owners or it will be mayhem. I framed the father for murder, destroyed his bodyguards in the penthouse and killed/served the son for the cannibal banquet to make this one fit.
