Playable Ghoul Race

Description:
This adds the Ghouls to be a playable race in Fallout New Vegas. It does not add hairs to them,
a) because ghouls' hair probably has burnt off b) I have not yet learned how to add hair to their race.

Installation:
Simply extract the textures folder and the Playable Ghoul Race.esp into your Data folder
*Most Likely founder here*= C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\fallout new vegas\Data
