1. INTRODUCTION

Like Knight Torres, Jack and Diane have an inventory problem: once you teach Jack the recipes and then buy out his new stock, they don't stock the chems again!
This mod uses a feature of the Leveled Item system that the Obsidian guys apparently didn't hear about, and properly enables them again.

2. INSTALLATION
===============
1) Copy the enclosed ESP to your Fallout New Vegas/Data folder.
2) Open your favorite mod manager.
3) Activate "JacknDianeFix.esp".

3. SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
=======================
In the event that you already taught Jack the recipes or convinced either Jack or Diane to make stimpacks, there is still a way to enable them.
The fix uses a feature called Chance None, which gives a percentage chance that a leveled list will return nothing when rolled. It can eiter be set to a constant, or can be controlled by a global variable (which in this case, are all default valued at 100).
If you enter the following console command, you can set each drug individually to generate the next time Jack restocks:
set (X) to 0
...where (X) can be any of the following new global vars:
