Lucky 38 Elevator Tweak
Description
In the vanilla game, you can only access the Lucky 38 Cocktail Lounge after talking to House at least once. If you're playing a game in which you pretty much just go straight in and kill him, never talking to him, you'll be locked out of accessing the Cocktail Lounge and grabbing the last Snow Globe.
With this mod, when you kill House, you'll be able to access the Cocktail Lounge.

Compatibility
This mod will override any changes made to the Lucky 38 Elevator Message, otherwise, nothing else is touched.
Installation
USING NMM:
Simply activate the mod in the NMM, then enable it on the load order
MANUALLY:
Extract the esp file in the folder to your Steam/steamapps/common/Fallout New Vegas/Data folder, and activate it in your mod manager of your choice
