While playing the game I noticed something rather peculiar. In the manual it states that you lose fatigue while running. But in the game this is not the case. In Morrowind you run, you lose fatigue. In Oblivion I could run the entire length and breath of Cyrodiil and not lose an ounce of fatigue. Delving into the game settings I found the reason. The game setting that controls the rate in which you regenerate fatigue (fFatigueReturnBase) is set higher than the setting (fFatigueRunBase) that governs the rate in which you lose fatigue while running. Thus you are generating fatigue while running! Not happy with this state of affairs I decided to change this and a few other settings that I thought were in need of tweaking.
This mod makes it so that you will lose fatigue while running and lose it at a greater rate as your encumbrance rises. The reduction of your speed walking and running weighed down with loot has been increased by 25%. Finally, the rate in which magicka regenerates has been reduced by 80%. I felt that Bethesda set the rate too high and was in need of reduction. You will still regenerate magicka, though at a slower rate, and you still receive the bonus to this rate for raising your willpower attribute. This mod is only for those that like a greater challenge as these settings will make the game harder.
