This should work without the Shivering Isles installed. All of the files have unique names and shouldn't replace anything.
Here's a Golden version of the Knights of Order and Jyggalag's sword for you to use in your mods as you see fit. Although any old person could use the color balance function in Photoshop to do this, nobody has done it yet, so I had to do it myself.
It has absolutely no ESPs. just bring the mesh and texture folders into your data folders and merge them with your own mesh and texture folders.
