If you are using Onra's Tamriel Heightmaps and Haro974's Beyond Cyrodiil, this patch will fix the Valenwood province so that it is compatible with the West Valen Mountain Inn.

Extract the Data folder from the archive to your Oblivion directory.

Load order should be:
Valenwood.esp
BeyondCyrodiil-Camps.esp
BeyondCyrodiil&Valenheightmap patch.esp
