OMOD is a format used by Oblivion Mod Manager. If you already use this program then you can simply unzip downloaded archive (TESSource doesn't allow uploading omods yet) and doubleclick the omod file to have it installed. Otherwise you'll have to download the Mod Manager from its homepage: http://timeslip.chorrol.com
If you experience problems downloading from TESSource (which I do) you may try to download this mod from ElricM prortal: http://www.elricm.com/nuke/html/modules.php?op=modload&name=Downloads&file=index&req=getit&lid=2552
