Not all inns in Cyrodiil and the Shivering Isles you can rent a bed but this will fix that. You can now rent a bed at Bleaker's Way Goodwill Inn in Bleaker's Way, The Flowing Bowl in Anvil, The Sleeping Mare in Pell's Gate and The Wastrel's Purse in Passwall.
If you have Morrowind also look at my Morrowind More Inns. If you play Skyrim also check out my Skyrim More Inns
