I made this one basically for me, again. Yet another mod from my \"alive\" series that adds a little immersion to the game; only a few refreshed things here and there. Now Eronor seems to be a bit more busy guy; he runs a little apiary behind his house and grows some tomatoes in his garden. You can harvest your own honey here or cook a tomato soup in his cooking pot. There is also a small scriptorium in Weynon House. It seems prior Maborel was totally obsessed by Tamriel's flora and did a great research during his years at Weynon. And finally prior Maborel's horse is worth taking. When I've played MQ for the first time I immediately bought another horse and left that poor ugly creature in Cloud Ruler Temple. Now it looks like a proper horse thanks to Zira's awesome textures (and Jauffre's and Martin's horses too). Enjoy.
You need Shivering Isles for this! Oh, and don't forget to put this mod in your load order before Unique Landscapes - Chorrol Hinterland, if you have one. There should be no conflicts, but better be safe than sorry;) This mod was cleaned with TES4Edit, but since it was first time I used it, I'm not sure if I did if correctly.
For UL Chorrol Hinterlands users - there is a great patch created by by Nephenee13. You can find it here - http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/43051/
