Allow a character to give a % of XP gained on kills to the party

This mod requires Custom Skill Framework.
This mod is not compatible with Shared Experience. (Delete or Disable it)
This mod is configured by default to scale with More Skill Points. (If you are not using 'More Skill Point', I advise you to increase 'killerXpShared' to 0.1 in the config file for a better experience)
Adds a new skill allowing a character to split a % of his XP to share it among the alive comagnion(s) of the actual party.
This mod will multiply base XP gained from any kills by x1.5 by default (You can re-set it to 1 in the config file if you want a more vanilla experience)
This mod will combo with the Fast Learner skill from the vanilla game.
I recommend to up both of them as a high level Fast Learner will gain and give more Xp to his companions.
This skill will work on as many characters you want to be "Xp Sharer".
Config
A config file BepInEx/config/ninoss.XpSharingSkill.cfg is created after running the game once with this mod.
You can adjust the config values by editing this file using a text editor or using the Configuration Manager mod.
