You're truly gifted, those small moments make your characters very believable and I have already grown fond of them. I can especially relate to the thinking before sleeping that Tailen pulled off its beautiful, splendid work milday, I think I learnt something here..
Oh come now Lia, work on it whenever you're able to, but if I found out that you've given up on writing... I have been known to be extremely convincing, ask Izzy if you don't believe me.
Hah, I'm a bit envious actually.. your characters are believable. I'm not even sure if I've achieved that despite my efforts. You needn't worry I just leave comments to let you know what I think, you don't have to reply if you don't want to, besides I'm extremely patient so I can wait for an eternity.

I think it's important to include the readers as part of the story, even if they are merely silent observers or at least give them things they can identify themselves with the characters. The simple things just gives them a more human feel .

I love that moment where Talian was lost in his thought, prevent to sleep it's a few things that can often happen in life and who and what is unpleasant...
I also appreciate his nature, prefering the peacefullness of the wilderness. Very intersting character and you did a nice work
