This adds an Athletism skill, that will improve over use (sprinting for now), and let the cgharacter move faster overall, and sprint longer as he improves in the skill

Changed the permanent stamina boost from critical success to a temporary stamina healing effect.
As you can read from reports, this mod, although simple in its execution, is not bug free. Don't forget to make a clean save of your game before using it.
What it does: This skill randomly checks when you are sprinting (the longer the sprint, the more chance the check happens, although this is quite random). Then, 4 possibilities: Critical failure : you gain +++ Athletics XPs, but you get a big Stamina drop. Failure: ++ Athletics Xps, stamina drop. Success: + Athletics XPS, light stamina gain. Critical success: very few Athletics Xps gain, good stamina gain (means you can run longer)
The skill comes in 6 levels: Ignorant (base speed = 90%), from start Novice (base speed = 100%) Apprentice (base speed = 105%) Adept (base speed = 110%) Expert (base speed = 115%) Master (base speed = 130%)
+, the more levels you are, the better you will do. So a master Athlete could really run fast and sprint a long time, because he will succeed or critical succeed at most of his sprinting checks.
