Save file is level 1, right before you make the ULTRA DRAMATIC DECISION whether to follow the Imperial or Stormcloak into the Helgen keep.
Description:

Pretty much scaled back every possible aggressive / ugly feature of the female Orc. Sorry for leaving her bald, but seriously, in my eyes it was the best looking out of all the hairstyles. And that's saying something.
