This download contains text files that contain the IDs and full string names for items and other things.
The data was parsed from the Skyrim.esm file and Skyrim_English.STRINGS using a C/C++ console program. I learned and used the information about the file formats here: http://ftp.uesp.net/wiki/Tes5Mod:File_Formats
Each text file is named after the group it belonged to and indicates what type of data it contains.
Update: New file has almost all IDs and strings.
